GROUP CLASSES

Group sessions incorporate the use of spine corrector, mat, magic circle, fletcher towel, foam roller, ball, barre, and floor work.

All clients are required to have taken one private session prior to entering a group class. Virtual and in-person classes are offered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Registration is required 24 hours in advance and is subject to space availability.
